This Shipping Information page explains where we ship, how long processing takes, estimated delivery times, and other important shipping details for customers purchasing video technology products and related accessories from our store.


Shipping Destination

We currently ship to customers within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Shipping Fee

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 on all orders unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.

Shipping charges will be displayed clearly during checkout before the order is finalized.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Orders are processed during normal business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.


Order Cut-Off Time

The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST).

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, orders are generally delivered within 7–9 business days.

Estimated Total Shipping Time

10–12 business days

This total includes:

  • 2–3 business days for processing
  • 7–9 business days for delivery

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holiday demand, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Carriers

We may use trusted shipping carriers based on package size, destination, and availability. Carrier selection may vary depending on the order.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided when available.


Tracking Information

When tracking is available, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details by email after the order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation has been sent.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address is provided, shipping delays may occur. Packetblue LLC is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information submitted by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.


Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to reasons outside our direct control.

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in reviewing the shipment status with the carrier.

At this time, the tax rate applied through our store is 0%, unless otherwise required by law or displayed at checkout.
